The Q-2100TM Digital Lens System with nanoCLEARTM AR, is an improved method of making lenses with tighter tolerances and enhanced visual clarity. The proprietary digital process uses free form generated molds to create a finished Rx direct from liquid plastic, eliminating the need to cast a semi-finished blank that is later surfaced to the final prescription. The technology allows for the production of a full line of high index lenses in office, with or without anti reflective coating, while providing improved service, customer satisfaction, and business profitability.
In approximately 30 minutes for scratch coat, or 90 minutes for anti reflective or mirrors, you've made a lens that's ready to be edged and dispensed to the customer. From start to finish, the digital lens production process is very user friendly and is easily integrated into almost any optical business environment.
This technology has revolutionized the way hundreds of Eye Care Professionals gain control of their single largest operating expenses – their lab bill. Focusing on premium lens designs, premium materials and better service, the Q-2100R Digital Lens Systems has helped them grow their business while driving down costs by up to 70%.

The Q-2100R Flash Fill system represents a state-of-the-art monomer dispensing system. The Flash Fill system is connected to the Q-2100R via computer cables and is controlled by the Q-2100R's computer system. When the Rx is dialed into the Q-2100R a command is transmitted to the Flash Fill system and a rapid heating process begins. By only heating enough monomer to produce each pair of lenses as needed, the process is both fast and efficient.
The Q-2100R mold library is a self contained two drawer storage system. The system separates the front molds and back molds for quick and easy access. Each mold drawer contains metal trays with alpha numeric dividers for each individual mold. Simply dial the Rx into the Q-2100R and the computer will select the correct front mold, back mold and gasket for each lens. The operator can then easily find the correct mold family and select the correct numbered mold for that Rx.
